Spoke with a broker that has been in touch with people at BMO.

As it sits right now, they are in the process of determining the interest for the PP.

This could take a couple of weeks. Once they have garnered enough interest then they will set the price about a week before closing.

I was told that this could take up to two weeks with a closing in a month or so.

So I guess we can expect to see them play with the share price until then.

It will all depend on how much interest is generated and how fast.

I am hoping its fast and furious.
