As I figured our share price will languish until this PP gets done. Has anyone spoke with Dave or IR to get their read on this situation. Im sure LSG JV is not their priority now.

I just hope they have thought this out especially the PP. I can't afford to get into the PP as i'm already tapped on this one. I recently got into this with more cash and should have waited a month or so more.
