Sieg. where is your info. that Dave did not play a significant role in the this?

IMO,Dave has/is doing a super job in the field at Borden. But lets be realistic. He is working practically 24/7 at Borden and his time is stretched to the limit. How in the heck can he be so devoted to the field work AND STILL CARRY OUT THE FINANCIAL AND MANAGEMENT TASKS THAT THE FIRM REQUIRES ???

The current fiasco with the P/P and the lack of up-to-date information on all of Probes other ventures,as many of us are asking for, shows,IMO,that he has TOO MUCH ON HIS PLATE TO HANDLE. After all he is only human. That is why,IMO, "the tail,ie BOD,may be wagging the dog " on many issues.

Dave ,if your expertice is best in the field,which seems to be so, then it is time to enhance the front office,with a strong COO or a CFO. The tasks at hand for this company,with so many initiatives ongoing at the same time ,requires more manpower,otherwise stuff may be falling through the cracks.

There is the BOD,BUT THE BOD RESPONSIBILITY IS NOT TO RUN THE COMPANY's DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS. This is the task of Management and ,IMO,DAVE CAN NO LONGER BE ALL THINGS AT ONE TIME.

Probe is quickly becoming a large growth exploration and development company and it is time to strength the front office and very quickly. This is no longer a one pony show.

Dave ,please speak to the BOD and get the kind of Management support that this type of company needs and now.

My comments DO NOT reflect on Daves 's work done to date,but IMO,it is time to get more strength to deal with the Banks,Investment Houses,the Cliffs,the LSG's,etc.,etc.
