IMO,it is not wise to relagate key Management role to BMO. How in the heck can/would a lender look after THE BEST INTERESTS OF A COMPANY ??

Banks look after themselves and can provide a advisory role,but lets get real here. PROBE MANAGEMENT IS WEAK,WITH ONLY DAVE .
