I agree. It would be rather crazy to take the $25 MILLION just because it is available and cause all the dilution ( at $1.35 when we were as high as 2.38), if there was not a plan in place to employ such an amount say within the next year or so . I see nothing in the recent reports to indicate/suggest this.

If this represents a material change in plans,should this not be set out in a NR to all shareholders ?
