They only have to release anything that is a material change to the company, and the guidline is 10 days... but I'm sure if details are lacking the exchange would want backup or re assays if an assay is unusually high.
That being said if we have some more assay results that are similar there is no material change... if you find nothing there is no need to report that you found nothing if you have nothing.... But if results are much higher than the norm so far the exchange could request / scrutenize the protocal.... Which Dave has made very clear. If some reassys were required this could hold up news flow.... so far I'm not worried, but I am geting a bit testy at not having a clear news release as to why $25,000,000 was required at this time...... JMHO
In short we need an update.... and Dave needs more help... also JMHO
Has Cliffs picked up a partner that will develope the ROF through NOT.... What about PRB's chromite.... orphened as such a tender age?
