Right on Sieg. Your suggestions are well taken, but how do we coordinate this when there are many investors and we really do not know which retail are also penny flippers, short traders,etc.,etc.

I have never shorted or flipped, but I know some guys who complain about others, but are doing the shorting while complaining.

IMO,we need to pressure all our MP's into changes to the OSC laws and regulations and this takes time.

With Harper's majority,we can almost forget ever having influence in Ottawa ,but something needs to happen. IMO,when we see flagrant viloation of the regulations, with OSC not acting, that is when we need to get a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT GOING and if the respective BOD of the company involved had any balls, they would support a lawsuit of this nature.

But how do we get this done ? IF some of the Institutions are pissed off,as BMO should be soon based on the last P/P,maybe they have more power to influence the OSC or are they also part of the problem??
