Karen makes reference to the Probe BOD in our conversations regarding news and other important decisions. The next time I call Karen I will ask about the BOD and what role they are playing in moving the company forward. On the surace it cetainly looks like the Dave and Karen show for Probe. In fact, we should all ask Dave and Karen what value the other BOD members bring to advance the shareholder value.
