Keep your eye on the big picture. Some manipulation is part of the game and always has been. Both to the upside and the downside. if you believe that PRB has the goods...then don't sweat the day to day antics of what is mostly computer generated...as there has been no volume. The days where there is... which is coming as of today, will set the price. good luck
