BMO Nesbitt has two clients: (1) all of the institutions and retail investors that bought PRB in the private placement, and (2) Probe itself. They are doing both (1) and (2) a dis-service by not writing a research report...NOW! The buyers of the BMO private placement are seeing their share price erode, because there is a ton of new shares which are now freely tradeable and no new buyers. Previous Probe shareholders (i.e. Probe the company) are also seeing their price erode because of all these new BMO private placement sellers.

WHY HASN'T BMO WRITTEN RESEARCH ON THIS COMPANY??? WHEN WILL THEY DO SO???
