Agree, don't think it was either. PRB is owed some money (albeit, a fraction of what might have flowed in the future) from what has already been mined from the Goldex deposit. That should be forthcoming.
Ironically, the closure of Goldex (whether temporary or permanent) should, IMO, peak Agnico's interest in Borden Lake. Think this increases the possibility of a bid from AEM several fold.
