As I am not a geologist, I can't really comment on the numbers. My understanding was that we were looking for an over 75% number here. The way the release was issued, it appears that the CEO is happy with it.

Is there someone on here with a background in mining that can comment on this report?

This may just be the classic shaking of the tree to try and get some nervous sellers to dump.
