Bypass trade at 11:07

There was a bypass trade just after 11 am for a few hundred shares. I've never seen this before. I checked out what it means ( http://www.tmx.com/en/pdf/notices/2009-024.pdf ) on the TMX site but can't understand why it would be used for so few shares.

Any ideas? Also --- does anyone have this option on their direct trade account to do this type of trade?
