Bushmills, I have to agree with LT. I think we will end up with the low ball offer by not knowing what the Black Creek truly holds and therefore it's true worth. If some deep drilling shows that we indeed have more that what is presently there, then we know that we can hold out for a greatly improved offer than what we may get at present. If nothing of great value is found then the offer by Cliff's or whom ever will be guaged on precisely what we have today as far as resource and LOCATION. Nothing is worse than selling an asset for a certain price only to find out later you had greatly undervalued the asset. JMHO the deputy
