IMHO, in a couple of years or less PRB should be at least 8X the price it currently trades at, and here is why:

We currently sit at 4 million ounces on the initial discovery zone, I believe we will at least double it to 8 mil ounces (2X) within this time period,

IMHO it is not a matter of if, but when we will find another discovery similar in size to the initial discovery, and IMHO, this will be during the next couple of years. This will most likely be in the Fold Hinge area, but it doesn't have to be. This will lead to another doubling (2X) of our stock price.

We currently trade at a $36/ounce share price, and whether we are bought at a price comparable toRichfield's Blackwater Gold Project (thanks for that Golden Chromite) at $135/ounce, or if you simply look at other comps, we should be trading at 3x the price/oz that we are trading at today.

Reduce the above for 30% dilution (approx. 17 mil warrants and say 10 mil from newly issued shares bringing in say $25 to $40 mil in proceeds (depending on the stock price at the time). Thus we would have approx 90 mil shares, thus the existing shareholders would own 70% of the company).

This gets you to 2x2x3x0.7= 8.4X or approximately $20/share.
