Years ago when I first entered this buisness in 1962 at E.F. Hutton in Beverly Hills, I met an interesting man who carried around with him all day a wound-up chart that unrolled like paper towels of Budd Manufacturing(BF-NYSE). Of all the people I have ever encountered, I like to think I came away learning something important from each one of them. In the case with this gentelman, Peter, I believe I learned an important point as he once told me, "BEFORE THEY TAKE A STOCK TO MUCH HIGHER HIGHS, IT IS POUNDED DOWN TO GET ALL THE SHARES CHEAPLY AS POSSIBLE BY FREIGHTENING SHAREHOLDERS TO SELL TO THEM."
Below is a link to TRX and what happened to it in November of last year. For not much of any reasons, it was taken down from $4 to about $1.50 in 6 days. Now a few months later, it is looking very strong at $4.79.
