Good news imo. But a 10 % buyin and at the same time a sp decrease of around 50 % is kind of strange. Who knows whats going on behind the curtain. At least there is pretty much going on and a 10 % buyin at these levels (remember where sp comes from a couple of years ago) should bring some confidence.
