lets look at the value of my house as a comparison. the market value can change greatly based on location and what part of the cycle we're in. in a buyers market my house is worth a lot less than in a sellers market even though nothing has changed about my house. if i want to sell in a buyers market i will get a lot less. if i hold the house til we are in a sellers market the price goes way up.

so we can do the math about what probe should be worth but until the market sentiment for junior gold stocks turn i suspect the sp will stay below market value. we have a quality resource and it's growing. so my choice is cash in at a discount or hold for the tide to turn. if the price of gold should be a catylist for the sector to get hot.
