1. DP should give some interviews highlighting PRB's assets

2. Place an ad in the N. Miner with reserve figures, detailing cash position, no debt.

3. Aggressively go after new shareholders.

4. BC spinoff, then new deep drilling on Black Creek, leading to negotiations with NOT, then Cliffs.
