This could be a significant event. My guess is that (1) the odd amount of shares, means the seller has sold their last amount of shares owned, (2) the seller was fairly desperate to sell (hence the trade at the low of the year), and (3) this seller has been a huge burden to this stock-selling constantly and irregardless of price. If I am correct this can help in a big way clearing the decks for a new positive move in the stock. I am wondering if the buyer was a new European buyer that David has met during the last couple of weeks in Europe or perhaps just a current holder adding to their position. In any event, clearing out a nuisance seller like this one, is always a positive move.
