With the acquisition of TRR by IMG, the amount discussed in IMG's recent news of having beyween $400mm to $500mm for acquisitions has been exceeded. Seems like IMG would not likely be the TO entity of Probe.

Keep in mind also that Probe bever has a NR on Fridays. So the current jump in share price is in anticipation of a NR being emminent, maybe next week since has been a month since the NI43-101 on April 2 covered 159 holes. Assay reports for some number betweem hole 160 to 182 are due very soon.

Finally, remember that the TRR BOD approved the IMG offer. Just can't believe that the PRB BOD would approve some absurdly low price per share. Dave has stated that the overall Borden Lake properties may well be Ontario's best gold project for years to come.

Look for spin off of Black Creek alone into a new company to wait for a take out in due course as ROF infrastructure becomes more of a reality. All the gold assets kept in PRB. They have value and may be used for other purposes.
