It is my understanding that an offer to buy-out all the shareholdes that there must be a 66 2/3 % vote accepting the offer. I want to vote against any low-ball offer along with many others. Assuming we will reach a minimum of 10% tally, will that be enough to thwart a low-ball offer? Does anyone know what percent is held by large investors? Perhaps we should increase the target tally to 20% minimum.
