1. And... the Name? (sounds like a commercial): It should be short and easy to say/remember. It should contain PRB, since this would be readily identified in the stock market circle. This is just of the top of my head, but how about "PRB United", but people may say that this sounds like a soccer team somewhere in England where Beckham used to play? Come to think about it, it is probably not too bad.

2. The A-Team, for Action: Yup, a small group (max. 5 people, may be even 3) should spearhead the next steps. The main purpose is to liaise with PRB management to make them aware of our "PRB United" group (sounds like the "Willings" and the "Unwillings", haha); our objectives; and our concerns about on various topics including a low-ball TO. We need to draft a short list...some ideas have been suggested in an earlier post, perhaps, drafting of the list should be given to a volunteer, anyone?

3. Nomination for BoD: This gets tricky. Undoubtedly, some of our fellow posters may be quite talented, but when the person becomes a director of the PRB BoD, the director becomes an insider and consequently is obligated to obey all protocols with respect to a director of a public company, especially confidential items. Hence, that director is gagged from his/her direct communications with PRB United members. Essentially, we would lose our torch bearer.
