Regional promotion of PRB - not meant for tomorrow
When I talk about doing some regional promotion - I want to be clear - this takes time to set up!! My time horizon would be for early 2013 - but the time to set that up is now - to start thinking about it, perhaps bring someone in as a VP Marketing, as was suggested to implement planning.
