It believe it was BMO that approached PRB with a bucket of cash when Probe needed $$ for drilling. I don't believe anyone came late to the party. This was well planned ahead of time. The word I’m looking for is "premeditated”. Probe just happened to fit the criteria for these entities to enact their neferious plan.
