Thistime, thanks for the info. So, DP has a direct control of 1.1M shares, which represent a good percentage of the 7M shares he has under his direct and indirect control. The rest, the indirect, would belong, presumably, to other managers plus directors of the BoD. Depending of the exercise price of the options he could potentially double his voting influence (as a millionnaire, at least on paper). Hope that the exercise price is near $1.00.
As a reminder PSU has over 13.% of OS which is a bit more than the majority shareholder/insider Macquarrie. So, we (PSU) can be considered, unofficially of course, as a majority shareholder group, but not an insider.
