THis 35m offering looks like a phantom seller. Jim Paplava spoke of these type of orders overwhelming thinly traded markets by illegal shorts trying to pressure the shares lower. Even if this order is legitimate, who in their right mind would show their hand in this manner which only acts against their own best interests to get the best price? This looks like another attempt to press shares lower so one or more shorts can cover lower.
