Goldhunter, You are right in your comments and this kind of activity will continue till someone has the balls to stand up and say "We're not going to take this any more". Good on Jim Sinclair. PSU is perhaps a vehicle to stand behind Jim's action and make this happen. I would think that PSU could find a law firm that would take on such a fight pro bono by formally issuing a law suit against these naked shorters. This firm could financially sue for the costs of the litigation or just for the feather in their cap ie. a reputation builder. Perhaps someone on this hub has connections to such a firm or firms that might be interested. I would imagine that just the thought of such a drawn out hassle in the courts this formal action would cause, that the shorters might curtail their activities.
