Nice find Mark, Would the 55 PSU members be interested in something like this? Someone should do a poll of the 55. If feasible then a common description of the complaint should be penned and agreed upon by the members then copied by each member on the accompanying form and sent in to this Law firm. We will then see if they are interested in pursuing this as a class action. If it sounds like a go from both sides we also could ask the members of the FSU and KSU to join the fight as they have the same problems as us. Thoughts anyone? the deputy
