There are basically 5 reasons why the SP of a junior explorer would plunge --

1. No gold reserves - NA

2. No cash for exploration activities - NA

3. Poor mgmt - NA

4. Plunge in gold price - NA

5. External manipulation - Bingo

I thought this was a forum to discuss ideas and solutions - if you want to simply ignore #5 (which may well lead to a hostile takeover), that's your choice - but mining is a hardball business - who's being naiive?
