I could try to make a guess, but who is Bob Kaplan MD? Must be someone who gets really ticked off with the whole thing (just like me). I simply hate shorting a stock, especially naked one.

Alright, there is this open letter and most of us has seen it (nice letter, short and to the point), but I would think that it would carry additional boost if it is delivered to the BOD's door step by PSU (with 13% OS). We could send copy to Sinclair as well.

I see no harm done to PRB or the reputation of Dave.
