Dave has done a terrific job in the field, both finding the Borden Lake Deposit, finding the Black Creek chromite Deposit, and picking up the Reliant Joint Venture - at this point, I see no other alternative to defend the company's assets than to do an audit.

Let's face it, many, not all, of the previous valuations of Probe are also suspect, in that they ignore significant assets like Black Creek and Probe's cash horde, and use figures for Valuation/oz that are laughable, compared to Probe's peers.
