Dave told me that there is a kind of blackout period due to fast progress. But I haven't seen any progress since a couple of month. At the time of his answer I assumed that there are some negoations going on concerning Black Creek, because I was told that BC is considered as a stradgic asset and that they are working on it. However, nothing happend.

BTW, I've seen lots of insider trades at other companies.
