My point is it has never been AEMs mgmt style to do this type of deal - they have an excellent rep of working with other mining entities on jointly developing projects, and I believe they would like to keep that intact -

there are many ways to work cooperatively with an entity like AEM, which perhaps SHOULD be explored - devil's advocate - lets say AEM took a 9% stake in PRB - that means BL would certainly be developed and there would be no hostile TO by an entity like Cliffs -

I'm not saying this is the path PRB should pursue, but it beats a number of other scenarios, particularly a hostile TO by Cliffs
