EL P. I just listd the BOD share holdings ,as well as options. I have not examined the option details,but looking at the price the Directors paid for their purchases in the fall of 2011, the price was in the 2.20- 2.40 range. I did not go back to their earlier purchases and have no idea what they originally paid for the bulk of their shares.

Looking at last falls purchases,it seems those Directors also thought the sp would go up as the resources go up.Seems they got fooled as well AND YET THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT CAN DO SOMETHINGS TO MAKE THE SP REFLECT A TRUER VALUATION.

WHY ARE THY SITTING ON THEIR REARS FOR SO LONG ?? IF A DEAL IS IN THE MAKING, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE??

Perhaps AEM ( cor whoever they are dealing with ) wants to see the PEA before inking the deal and if so, we have to wait and wait. What will continue to happen to the sp during such silence ? The waiting game is not in thee best interests of our declining sp. JMHO.
