My personal belief - sitting on drill results for a prolonged period of time is wrong.

There are numerous ways to backstop a company's shareprice - it would be nice to see mgmt get serious and take the bull by the horns -

again, to those who say "Wait, don't tie mgmt's hands!!" - I'd reply that the price suppression of PRBs shares has been on-going for more than a year now - so get a clue!!
