Great post. Mark should copy it and forward it for delivery to the company secretary to be handed out to each board member at the next quarterly meeting for general discussion.

When Mr. Jim Sinclair speaks IT IS SIGNIFICANT. Ignore him and you pay the price. Just ask Barrick Gold and Ashanti Gold and a whole lot of senior gold companies. Back in, I believe, 2001 Jim took out a full page add in Barron's warning gold producers that the major trend in gold had changed to up from down and that the seniors better reign in their gold hedges. Ignoring him, Barrick Gold took a horrendous loss for their shareholders when they unwound out of their hedges years down the road and Ashanti Gold was lucky to survive as an entity with their fanny's intact . If Mr. Sinclair's advice had been taken seriously by those boards it would have saved shareholders many millions of dollars, maybe a billion or so or more.

That's what scares me with our board, they seem to be out to lunch like Barrick and Ashanti were ignoring changing times. Why does Jim Sinclair explain what hedge funds and investment banks do to harm small exploration companies and what action to take as a remedy and what we get from our paid board members is no conversation and more swinging in their hammocks trying to keep their three foot straws from bouncing out of their pina colada buckets. Having Dr. Palmer say they have looked into it, concerning price manipulation, doesn't cut it for me. I want a direct statement from the board!
