I buy and sell companies based on fundamentals, but have learned over the years that it is sometimes wise to look at the technicals. I am not sure if PRB has ever looked better from a technical perspective. We have broken through 1.30 which was one of the last resistance points. The MACD and moving averages are very bullish. Overall, we are rated bullish or very bullish on short, medium and long term perspecitve. See for yourself below:
