I like the delay as well for the same reasons. Also, from my experience this will help hold off any "opportunistic" takeover attempts; letting the stock price appreciate a little further until such a day. Hopefully the SP can head up a couple of bucks by Q1/13. Sentiment is changing in the juniors' favor and POG is on its way up again. This alone may be able to get us back to where we were a year ago; then a posititive PEA; and then, a reasonable offer.

Too optimistic? Probably, but we'll see.
