Effective at the opening on Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012, the Cusip number of the company will change to 742667504; however, the name and symbol will not change.

Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders Oct. 25, 2012, the exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to the company's small shareholder consolidation program.

Under the terms of the program, the company will eliminate all of the registered shareholdings of less than 100 shares in exchange for a cash payment. This will be completed by a share consolidation on a 1:100 basis followed by a share split on a 100:1 basis.
