TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to an asset purchase agreement (the "Agreement") dated November 1, 2012 between Red Pine Exploration Inc. (RPX.V) ("Red Pine") and Probe Mines Limited (the "Company"). Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company shall acquire a 100% interest in Red Pine's Ava-Claire property, located in Ontario.

As consideration, the Company will pay $100,000 and issue 100,000 common shares to Red Pine.
