Agree, but fundamentals don't mean diddly squat when a particular stock is infested with fleas.

Case in point, we were sitting at $2.22 when they announced the sale of the NSR. "Fundamentally" this should've added a good 20 cents or so to the share price. Yet, we lost almost 40 cents.

I'll again say what we should all know here. Good, yet vulnerable companies, are a target. Fundamentals be damned. If an offer came to the table today for $2.80 per share, what do you think would happen?
