I have to wonder if the company is not waiting to release news until the reverse split issues are resolved. I don't know about other American traders, but my Fidelity account remains unresolved since the day of the split- it still reflects a price of 1.93 and no symbol is assigned.

I have spoken with Fidelity and Karen. It seems as if no one has an answer except it was originally supposed to be Nov. 21, and now I'm told it could be one day or it could be 3 weeks. My understanding is that this is not a long term issue or any reason for concern. Rather, it's a logistical matter. Also, the issue was not caused by Probe in any way so I don't mean this to be a poor reflection on Karen at all. She has been more than communicative with me and I continue to support PRB's management team. Great things hopefully to come. We have been patient this long and there's no reason not to continue to be IMO.

Perhaps Dave is waiting for this to resolve before putting out news. That is total speculation.
