Could you please explain to me the assumptions and sp data points which cause your above quote.
I'm not a trader, and wish to understand the math behind bmo nburns and others who did the PRB financing. EG. Does BMO already have a buyer for PRB and is the shorting action is their way of securing the lowest sp and hence the highest (optics wize) takeover premium percentage, resulting for the best deal for their buyer-client?
This is a learning curve thing for me, so I would appreciate all answer inouts.
