Has anyone thought about the prospect that Dave has held back NR's for several holes, PEA, and updated resource estimate in order to gobble up as much property as possible? Probably a longshot, but what if some drill results have uncovered some super high grade findings. If that were the case, he's done exactly what I would have wanted him to do so far. Time will tell..........
