Imo preparing an offer and thus holding down sp is the only logical reason for shorting this stock at this time.

Currently the biggest risk is a lowball offer. A 60% premium at this level would give us 3 bucks per share. Considering the entire probe story this would be a kind of steal:)

Besides the risk of a lowball offer everything is fine. Let them play. Time will change.
