Lately, we have been on sloppy technical footing. In the past few days the current has taken hold of the shares and sucked them down. PRB will remain on the defensive. IMO, for some weeks ahead. Since the intermediate decline has just recently started, it seems too early to start speaking of turnarounds or important support levels. Two things will stops this decline: a further good sized price shakedown on high volume or some spectacular news.

Since no one exactly knows what will follow in price movementd, it only makes sense to participate during weakness with scake down buying.
