I called and spoke to Dinnis Peterson Peterson Law and Director of Probe Mines, today.

The only way (for me) to find out the current percentage of $1.70 warrants- expiration date Apr 21/13 is to apply to the registar of the OBCA (like a city hall registry); fill out a form and wait for a written answer.

Additionally one could look at the quarterly reports of Probe and compare the quarterly declines since issuance of the warrants.

The earliest these results will be known is monday april 22. It is Probe's BoD's obligation to make this announcement, but only if the board deems it to be "material".

When I asked Dennis for his sense of current warrant exercise status, he said he didn't know, but regardless, couldnt say because that information could only be released via a NR by the company. I did suggest that it was very material and he said he would raise the matter of expeditious release of news to management.

Dennis was very polite and patient in his explanations to me.
