For me, the unthinkable was a three day drop in POG from last Friday to this Tuesday from about $1560 to nearly $1300. On a percentage day it was like a stock going from about 15 5/8 to close to $13. really not a big deal.

The breaking of the 1000 day average at $1436 was a unthinkable for me. I would suspect that strength into the $1400 to $1436 will now be short term resistance. The 5000 day ascending moving average still clearly spells out that the bull market is firmly intact aside from these politically inspired dramatic sideshows.
