My thoughts exactly! We will need lots of cash for much more drilling including new areas on properties aquired as well as land pruchases.

A bird in the hand today at 2.00 is fine with me. If we get caught next year with no dollars in the bank after a land purchase or two and lots of drilling, the PP price we would get could possibly be way lower.

This is a fluid project and as we all know in todays junior market, cash is king.
